- When will my 3D printed order be shipped?

Each item is carefully 3D printed on demand, so orders typically take 3–5 business days to print and prepare before shipping. After shipping, you’ll receive a tracking email.

- How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on your location:

  • USA & Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Other regions: 10–20 business days

Please keep in mind, 3D printing and shipping can sometimes be delayed due to high demand or supply issues.

- How can I track my 3D printed order?

Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link.
You can also visit our Track Order page and enter your order details for updates.

- Can I cancel or modify my order?

Because each product is custom-made after ordering, cancellations or changes must be requested within 6 hours of purchase. After printing starts, we can’t cancel or change your order.

- What is your return policy for 3D printed items?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original condition.
Due to the custom nature of 3D printing, some items may be non-returnable—check the product description for details.

- Are 3D printed products durable?

Our products are printed using high-quality materials designed for durability and long-lasting use. However, as with any 3D printed item, avoid exposure to extreme heat or harsh impacts.

- What if my 3D printed item arrives damaged or defective?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll work quickly to replace or refund defective items.

We accept all major payment options including:
